It might've just been something on my side, unless someone else has come across it? I think it happened halfway through the 3.1 arc. Do Square Enix employees usually look over these forums? I mainly made this post so they could see it the glitch or what-have-you, but...

It looks like someone beat me to it, but they didn't follow the "template". I read somewhere that if you don't follow the template, your report gets ignored and shoved into the "Insufficient Information" forum. I looked over the template and thought, "Oh, my GOD, I have to fill out ALL of this for one measly little bug?" That's actually why I posted it here instead of there.

It is a bug, but it's more suitable for the Localization forum. Already posted there too though.
