MUDRA FIX THANK YOU!!

On behalf of all Ninjas that were suffering from Mudra lag and now received the much needed fix,

I would like to tell the dev team: THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!! SERIOUSLY

I hope any of the forum moderators will pass on this thanks to the dev team.

As much as I'm thankful for them fixing it, they did implement it poorly in the first place and let it sit where it was at for a year, so I categorize this as more of a case of fixing a mistake than a gift.

Guess its the reason why they also implemented the "oGCDs can go for lower than 0.5 seconds" new rule.

As nice as it is and one of the most welcomed things in a long time, it is still a result of the team not testing the job properly and was extremely amateurish. I hope they take that lesson into account when making the next job.

But congrats NIN's, most of you can be more efficient now.

I honestly didn't think the mudra could become like this in FFXIV's environment without going client side. Crazy.

I think that is what happened though. I think the initial mudra and the execution of the ninjitsu are done through the server, but any 2nd or 3rd mudras are done client side.

they changed how mudras act with themselves and with global skills. before the change, you could use a mudra and interrupt a gcd, and gcds couldnt interrupt the full animation of a mudra. now mudras cant interrupt gcds, but they can interrupt eachother. the lag is still there(for the most part) but moving it off of mudras was a great thing to do.
