Not exactly, since they weren't implemented in this way initially for a reason, that being said they obviously now know the community would rather have everyone on even ground with mudras then cases of fringe abuse.
Why is that? Do we know for sure SE really made the Mudra's client side and I just missed it?
It works for me because I would always cast them too fast that I get Rabbit or incorrect Mudra fires. Now, I like how you can almost cancel a Mudra straight into the next. My fast-paced playstyle works wonders now. Glad that I didn't get rid of NIN when I was about to; I was falling behind greatly due to messing up Mudras.
