Did you read what I posted. I was not even talking about myself.. We are talking about FC that dont have a house because of no land available. You are right I can join any FC that will take me but again that dont help those FC that dont have a house.hum... op and what stops you to enter a FC or if you are already in one to move your arses and build one airship???
Content is not locked, just needs more effort
My FC is SMALL like only 6 people actually log, and even less of us actually contribute, I was selling gardening stuff, retainer venture loot and since release of exploratory airships selling all the loot of exploratory stuff to but partd for more ships and so on...
is not locked, just is not given to you in a silver plate.
Still those FC can buy a house when the plots get free with this new patch, also they could join another FC with a house looking for members (like, my FC) again, is just to move and find a way, and so,if the "casualness" of those people doesn't make them lookf for alternative, they STILL can do the easy and normal explorations...
Plan for people that want to go hard explorations and don't want/can get an airship: JOIN ANOTHER FC THAT CAN, if your friends don't follow you, there are always linkshells, and your friends can always look for houses and get one when some is purchasable...
CONTENT IS NOT LOCKED

It's still not gated because FC's that don't have houses can team up with FC's that do. Mine is teaming up with 2-3 other small FC's along with various people on our friends' lists so we have a wide variety of people we'll be able to run the content with.
It's kind of irrelevant when you can just find other small FC's to team up with instead of disbanding yours.
