It's right infront of the MGP Exchange. It's noted as Modern Aesthetics Saleswoman. Different NPC entirely. 14 MGP

So I purchased the 14 MGP book from the Modern Aesthetics Saleswoman, used it, then visited the Aesthetician. There was no afro option.

My character is a female Lalafell, if that makes a difference.

Anyone else having trouble finding the afro as an option?

I purchased the "curls" book from the Prize Claim NPC behind the counter for 9,000 MGP (I think...at work, so can't check). Once I used it, the afro was available for me at the aesthetician. Hope this helps!

The Contest-Winning hair is available from a new NPC for 14 MGP. The afro is available from the regular Gold Saucer MGP Prize Exchange NPC for a higher amount. You have to purchase and use both items from both NPCs if you want to use the contest winning hairstyle AND the afro.
