I'm damn near positive that's Ilberd.

That's a stretch. Ilberd was a 'generic NPC' that any players can make. It could be Ilberd, it could be another NPC that's using the same hairstyle as Ilberd does.

But if it IS Ilberd, that'd be interesting.
