    dont forget Maim, but it also says "Increases damage dealt"
    so yeah most likely it is just a wording change for lightspeed

    Yep, that is correct. I didn't include everything because that would be far too many abilities and buffs to list. Just enough to get the point across at the various small differences. Foe Requiem is also a small exception because it states "reduces the enemy magic resistance by 10%" where as Rook and Bishop Autoturret when Hypercharged states "increase [insert damage type] damage taken by 5%"
