I think we only have Ifrit at the moment, couldn't see Garuda or Titan, Wind-up Ifrit is made by Weaver though;

Checked the entire patch notes, there is only info about Ifrit, but nothing about Titan and my lovely Garuda

They're not going to be added until later patches unfortunately.
