Suggestion about Cleric Stance

Regen doesn't suffer the penalty cast before entering cleric stance. Fairies are single target regens. It's a 200 (yes 200 at this cap) potency hot to make up for our lack of spell based healing.

Also fairies cast embrace at the same rate of a server tick(3 second recast), except they can be interrupted or even cleaved. They don't have some special power that instantly heals a target. Sch have to step out of CS just like WHM /AST to top off their tanks. Healing party members that shouldn't be taking damage is a little easier for SCH, that's true because yes we can be in cleric stance when we give the command to Embrace the dps... but guess what? The tank lost out on that 200 potency heal tick I gave to the dps.
