I usually buy 99 at a time and stuff them in the FC chest where people can access them as needed.
It's not very difficult to hand out. They're tradable and easily stacked.

Good suggestion. Won't help you when trying to fill out a PT using PF with those from other FC's and those w/o a free company at all will likely find it tough to get a PT to accept them.

Note that it is not the same tank that we use to send the ships out on voyages. (So don't go hog wild buying extras for exploration .
