This happened just a few days back... leveling SCH currently, got into leveling roulette, was tamtam deepsleep.. was so bored i just autofollowed the tank and went to watch youtube/surf the web. ended up falling asleep somehow. tab back into game grumbling, expecting to basically be kicked from the pty. i tabbed out after first pull... tabbed back in and they were fighting final boss. ask them why they didnt kick me for not doing squat, they said its because i was healing... i rolled with it and just said kay, and didnt argue lol.

DRGs spamming Ring of Thorns on multiple mobs when they are grouped together -_-. Doom Spike > Ring of Thorns even when combo'd it's still greater. I always seem to get the bad goons D:

Library, que in on my alt (sch) to give someone the sweet exp bonus. Little did I know it would be the slowest run ever...

Drk who didn't use Darkside on anything else than bosses and had mostly 53 lvl gear. No problem, I can heal just can't do much dps.

Mch who didn't use Wildfire or Hot shot. HOT SHOT. Just Gauss Barrel. Yes he used other abilites like Blood for blood, Raging Strikes and Hawk's Eye but Hot Shot just made me sad and I even asked him twice to use it. ONCE I saw him use it and then just... URGH.

Running arume vale Leveling my alt monk we have a BLM, I look down at my rainbow mage and the healer has more dps then the BLM by the time we get to second boss... I look up to see whats up kid is staying in umbral ice spamming blizzard 3. *I die on the inside a little*

run into the aery, and this blm had a very diferent rotation..... fire 3... (ok thats a good start!) -> blizzard 3 ....(wait what.. maybe was an accident!?) -> fire 3 -> bliz 3 -> fire 3 -> bliz 3 .....(................ yeah... -speechless-). how can a lv 55ish blm not know the basics?.. makes me cry

I'm a casual player and was new to the Keeper of the Lake Midgardsormr fight (content had been out a couple months I think) and I was healing. First wipe was just the learning curve for me, a lot of moving around the patterned attacks, and someone types "really?!" Second wipe, just unlucky with positioning, got the slow debuff and was deep in marked area for disaster. Someone else typed, "omg f'ing noob healer" and I was kicked.

Ah, the joys of being casual.

I wouldn't have got pissy after only the 2nd wipe, especially if you were new. And plus if you apologised and explained what went wrong I'd be like "Yeah sure no problem, it happens." I do it even in DF parties. But some people are so far up their own...

I did explain but oh well. The other beautiful joy about being a casual player is that it's all not important to me. Gear. Tomes. None of it. I just play to pass the time. This game seems to be a non paying job to a lot of people. Sad...
