Dravanians have lived in Eorzea at least during Allagan Empire

Wasn't there an official statement made by Koji Fox saying the Allagan structures we see in the Aery are just debris from Dalamud? Or am I terribly missinformed here?

Did he? Because I'd like to think that Kaiser's theory sounds rather plausible. And it explains the Dravanians being in Azys Lla, because the Allagans, being the scientists they are, would have been interested in the differences between the Dravanian and Meracydian dragons, and Nidhogg's excape may have simply prompted the Eorzeans who got to Azys Lla to assume all of the dragons there are Meracydian if they didn't consult a Node.

There are other fragments of alligan tech in the Aery but this ring in particular was an Internment ring Identicalnto the one binding Tiamat. It's not big enough to have been one of the rings binding Bahamut.

Not that there is much difference between their forms. Only ones specific to Meracydia are the coeurl dragons and twintanias.

Its where Nidhogg do live. Maybe it was binding Nidhogg long ago?

It was confirmed by Ferne that the Allagan tech in the Aery are simply pieces of Dalamund. The intent was to show just how far reaching the event was in End of Era.
