Well, before they finally settled on heavensward, Yoshi-p said he either wanted flying or swimming/underwater to be a part of the game. We got flying, so 4.0 will most definitely have to do with the ocean, or swimming/boating of some sort. Plus, Red Mage is a fan favorite, so I really expect to see that job coming in soon.
