Yeah that was my first thought too. You can't just grab that whole pack and run to the last boss. You can grab the Dhalmels and drag them into the pack, kill the pack and leave the Dhalmels behind but it doesn't make them de-aggro. They stay aggroed onto the tank.

Did the main story DF. Ugh. Got Praetorium and a few jerk speed runners. Now don't get me wrong, I'm perfectly fine with a speed run. Especially on Prae and castrum. However, one guy wasn't even patient enough to wait an extra 3 seconds so we could all get onto elevators and the such (and therefore, left people behind and I had to take it back up so they could get down). He'd start elevator's with half the party on and leave the other half behind. He was a BLM that also seemed to think he was a tank as he nearly started every battle because he didn't wait for anything. I don't mind the speed run mindset, but hot damn, it annoys me when people are so focused on it, they literally leave half the party behind. Fortunately, the half that was with him were competent. When i asked him to slow down just a bit so we don't leave people behind who are BARELY behind them he got on his high horse and went on a random rant about cutscenes (also saying that if it's someone's first time, they shouldn't bother doing anything and just watch a youtube on how to run the dungeon later...). God i hate cast and prae. I don't mind the actual dungeon, I just hate the uppity elitist's

I really have bad luck with Brayflox - I felt like tanking it again, and everything was fine. Until the one point the bard decided to pull before me. So I asked nicely:

As I said, everything was fine until that point. I felt like wanting them to feel MY HATE. What was wrong with this idiot! They shall feel my blade!!


Gosh, tanking makes me aggressive.

Last night for low level roulette I got Dzamael Darkhold. Me (BRD) and PLD tank were both 60, MNK was 45 with other 60 classes, healer was new.

PLD pulls the first group and just stands there fighting, we kill and move on to 2nd group. This is the group in the purple shit that deflects most damage. Tank moves all mobs out of purple including himself.

I say "if you tank in purple you'll take no damage." Trying to be helpful, maybe he hasn't done it before. Well, he doesn't budge, doesn't say anything.

We move on to the bigger room with lots of monsters. He just stands off to the side tanking instead of pulling to purple.

MNK gets mad and says "tank.pull.to.purple. level 60 and still doesn't know this place."

Tank says "it's been a while, dick"

I try to keep the peace saying we're just tryin to help, and you're going to have to pull to purple to attack first boss.

Tank started pulling to purple, rest of run went smoothly.

Vault run, as a lv 58 blm. lv 60 war tank, a ast, and a mnk. so tank decides to do a large pull.. i'm doing the usual blm aoe rotations.. do my 2nd flare aaand end up getting hate on 80% of the mobs... tank started cursing at me cuss i "should not" have cast flare...

was on fractal as a blm, husband was on drk, we had a awsome healer and a bard. 2/3 of the way through, the bard decides to get nasty and ordering me to use the limit break on the most weak pull before the last boss. me and healer try to make him see that using it there is a waste. bard gets really nasty and rude, so i tell husby i'm gonna kick them.. the vote dismiss window shows.. aaaaaaaaaand we lose the healer!.. we both -headesk- the bard had vote dismiss the healer the same moment i did vote dismiss the brd, and neither me or husby though of checking if it was the right name on the dismissal window... needless to say, i would love to find the healer again and apologize.

I once joined a dungeons (don't remember). I got in, the tank said ''oh no not that one, immediatly leave. Healers sees tank leaving he leaves too. Dps doesn'T want to wait for a tank AND a healer, he leave.

...

So, it's been 20 sec and there is no one left... 0_0

Was in a Fractal with a DPS Healer. First boss they get real low in health because they were focusing so much on DPS. Like 200 HP. I used physick as my summoner to keep them from going down and they get "annoyed" with me (emote style) and refuse to heal me the rest of the fight, letting me die...
