Hunts, again? Really? *drama starting*

It's also kind of offensive that you consider your opinion to be worth so much more than everyone else that you think you need your own thread, when everyone else - who also has valid opinions - manages to keep it to the same thread.
Self-importance is not a very pretty trait, just sayin'
Also, losing time? The time it took you to write down that giant post is probably 40 times more than it would have taken to check the front page. That's right, not even using the search function (which takes about 5 seconds), just checking the front page would have done the trick to see that there was no need to create a new thread. Awfully rude to waste other people's time just so you don't have to spend 5 seconds checking if your point has already been made..

Sigh, reading comments like these make me sad.

If OP replied to the other post (the first thread about this subject) you are referring to with his long thread (as in OP) then you and others would complain that he hijacked the thread to draw attention to himself. He makes his own thread and explains in more dept/points as to why he dislikes Hunts, you guys still complain :/

On my opinion, this is the best Thread related to hunts I ever read before!

This pretty much, I loved reading OP's post and it brought a smile on my face.

If they made them like actual hunt quests this wouldn't be a problem. Except the quests from the tavern or w/e, walk up to the hunt area queue awaiting 24-72 players, explore the now empty area instance specially made for your team, seek out the monster and beat the crap out of it. Now your whole team gets full credit and everyone goes back happy.

Another solution could be:

Make a party of your own and go to your GC Hunting board, accept whichever hunt rank you want to kill as an entire group. And after accepting the quest, go to Hunt area and make it instanced (just like the job quests) for your entire party.
This way, people don't have to wait up for 50+ people to show up. It would be friendly for those that have not much time to play the game.
And it would solve the problem for others that missed the said Hunt, to get their own chance to do it themselves.
Also, it would solve toxicity of the playerbase.

Maybe add a weekly/daily cap to match up with the curent spawning time of said hunts?

Perhaps, make a Hunt Finder similar to Duty Finder?

How is it hijacking if he talks about hunts in a thread about hunts? When people complain about hijacked threads it's because someone brought a topic into an existing thead that has nothing to do with it...
And even then, I never complained about that once. But thanks for the generalization, dude^^
You are doing a good job, standing up against all those pesky people who actually want some form of order in their forums, without dozens of duplicate threads and without threads that got derailed! Gj!

It's not about whether I like what the OP wrote and/or agree with him (I actually did, I already said that in my first post), it's about maintaining order. Just think about where we'd be if EVERYONE who has an opinion on something created his own thread, at least one for every topic he wants to adress.
