Make Lightning hairstyle available for everyone

News hairstyles are ugly !
Seriously, Yoshida didn't know how to make nice hairstyle...

Only Lightning hairstyle is nice, all other are ugly.

They are putting some new hairstyles in the new patch. But they refuse to make Lightnings Hairstyle available for all players. Even if players are asking for it over years. They are ignoring those players constantly. They begged players to stay and help to make FFXIV ARR a success when they realized that they messed up the first version. And now they are successful, so why listen to players now?

Because special events come with special items that may end up being exclusive.


I really wonder if this is the first MMO for a lot of people.

They listen to the players who want that hairstyle as a 100% event reward, and not something you buy in a cash shop. They can add Hopes hairstyle into the cash shop.

It's better than the Snow hairstyle that males get, but it is a reward of sorts from a limited time event that happened twice. Maybe Lightning will strike a third time?

Well if you're one of those players who can't accept that they're not entitled to have absolutely everything, because some things are exclusive and have been available for a limited time only, then... don't let the door hit you on the way out. /shrug

Seriously you don't choose to play a game with plenty of hairstyles because there's one you want, the same goes if you can't have that particular one.

Well i missed this event and i still hate myself for this. I luv FF13 and Lightning is my favourite character. It's the only hairstyle that looks really good. And i can't have her hairstyle cuz i missed the event?! It's not fair. I met ppl who hate her and still use her hairstyle, im so mad at them

They should just put these items from events into the cash shop to avoid all this crap. Its not like anyone feels entitled to have these things and as you can tell not many people don't like this crap to begin with. Just have it attainable to everyone instead of being all "Oooh heres something for our current players because whoever didn't play this game before now can't have it because F%##)@&#@&$& you. Seriously, get over yourselves with limited time bs, that s%#$'s for the birds.

Except that was posted in May last year, and the event was held a third time in September last year despite Camate's post. Just because they 'currently' don't have plans on something doesn't mean it'll never happen. Aren't necro threads fun? The OP for this thread even has the lightning hair in her portrait since they held it a third time. >_>
