if i recall, during 2014 E3 live letter they said there wont be kefka in XIV

I'm pretty sure Ferdiad is "our" Kefka in this game, especially since he wasn't killed and had a special cutscene hinting at his return. Given Diabolos' return, it's even a greater chance as of 3.1.
