I for one don't take crap from anyone. Good on ya OP, but I wont lie, you kinda came in hard with calling out. A "plz wait this time?" would've sufficed and if they did it again, then I'd be pretty darn annoyed followed by an evoked angry remark.

Being shitty to shitty people usually winds up making them act shittier and then the two of you just wind up escalating your individual shittiness until a bystander gets tired of it and socks both of you in the mouth.

Then I would say, "you must lose alot of fights". Ever heard of the golden rule? "Treat others as you wish to be treated" and its no exception for FFXIV's community. Btw if your referring to GMs then I wouldn't even bother. Past events having me report stalkers messing with my friends did absolutely nothing but make them s%*& their pants for one day and get others to mess with you instead. You either step up and take charge or step down and get walked all over. Not saying you shouldn't report though. Report then make sure they know your not playing is how I work it out.

Honestly if you've been removed several times after the same scenario it's time to check whether your attitude is the problem. The way you've described the scenario playing out you're coming off very confrontational. It's true there are toxic groups out there, and trolls, but most people just want their clear. As the tank and one of the people who sets the tone of the group, try taking a more constructive approach. If you find yourself adopting the mindset you hate 99% of the people in game your attitude is going to reflect that and people give back hostility if that's what they're getting.

You could try what i do, if they go in and pull first i just OT, if they don't go in and i go in then they voke, they can keep it >.> Hell that last part i do it to DPS too :P they want it that bad its theirs lol
Its DF and it really isn't worth getting pissed off over, then again thanks to WoW's LFR i can be pretty entertained by wipes :P

And if you really need to give advice, or feel the impulse to do so, just do what i call the "boxer between rounds advice thing" and give 1-3 suggestions between rounds. short and simple like "don't kill the adds close together" or "don't intercept three orbs in a row" etc
