    The calamity Salvager doesn't give you archievement items. You will get them from the Archivar at the Apkallu Falls in the northern part of Old Gridania. Just tell him a nice story

    Well, you CAN purchase them from the calamity Salvager, AFTER having gotten them once from Gridania. He basically sells one-time-only items you've obtained in case you drop them.

    You need to do to get all DoW and DoM to 60 (of which you have) and speak to Jonathas in Apkallu Falls in Gridania to get the crown for free. No reason for you to buy another 01 from the Calamity Salvager.
