I think they would mainly just be the type of person who only cares about their own progress. Be it in an elitist way ("Oh my god, you filthy casual, do you not even know how to keep up with someone as awesome as me? Look at my perfect paser numbers! What, I stood in all AoEs to get them? So what? Don't talk to me unless you are able to push out the same numbers I do!") or in the aforementioned way of "I'm ENTITLED to get this content done, I pay for it! So if you have to nerf it to make it fit my standards, do it!"
