    I've seen this once before in Northern Thanalan. It was like someone's character was customized to become The Flash. I'd report him/her. I did when I saw the person on my server.

    Woah now that's something different, like the Flash? You mean every mob around got Blinded for 15 seconds?

    Jokes aside, if you guys can come with a Video, would be nice to see.
