Yeah well I was in the middle of upgrading it all when I left my last job 3 years ago. Hopefully if I get the job I'm applying for today (which I very much think I've already got) I'll carry on upgrading it, slap some silly amount of RAM in, get 2 of those spangly geforce 480GT's and link them with a new motherboard and better processer. THEN I can play this game on max graphics.... probably

Give the Hellsgaurd a tail. Living in volcanoes and caves has made them more "lizard-like". Sea Wolves can remain tail-less.

Give me several types of tails to choose from, ie. spiked, clubbed, straight, crooked.

Give me a special "Tail-Whip" attack (on a 15min timer?) that is only used as a defensive unarmed move when being aggrod in Passive mode. (It Stuns the enemy for a few seconds while you draw your weapon or flee).

In fact, give everyone more creation options and give each race a unique, special, unarmed defensive attack when they are aggrod while in Passive Mode that stuns the enemy for a few seconds while you draw your weapons or flee.

Your retainer could appear to give you the item and say something to give you the impression that he/she just picked it up for you from the market wards.

I would remove guild leve and all the leve system, this is one of my biggest gripe with ff14 where almost 90%+ players just solo leve's and it feels like a free to play mmorpg where you kill x amount of enemy from level 1-max 24/7, but this game is worst because they give you so much xp/sp and its so easy to do them that grouping its heavily neglected.

O also I wish this game had /sea all and something better for looking for party like ff11, how can they go from ff11 to a giant pile of turd party search system?

P.S- I wish they would make more enemy agro/link and raise enemy difficulty/missions/etc because this game is too easy, there are still a lot of class balance needed,etc I am sure you all know this.
