I wish that I could like this post thousands of times.
So what ? More tank busters just mean more stoneskins, provided your tank has enough CD to survive them all. That wouldn't change anything in the long run
touche, I went too far in the reading. Still though, more damage thrown at our face won't change the way the game is working. Not until tanks have more tanking options than damage options, or CC is useless, etc..

That person didn't mention tank busters. They specifically pointed out the bosses auto attacks, on a tank not in it's tank stance, while the healers aren't even "healing".
Didn't really read through 8 pages of replies... But, in answer to the OP question of what I want to see in raids...
Tanking that doesn't require also putting out DPS.
Healers that aren't expected to also DPS.
Basically, I want to see less DPS race. Less scripted boss fights would also be nice.
I loath healing in this game for the sole fact that I feel like I'm expected to DPS in addition to keeping the group alive.
I tend to get focused on doing one or the other, I find it difficult at times to do both.
I had a derp moment the other night. Got so focused on keeping one of the tanks alive, I didn't see the party chat going on, getting told to follow the rest of the party.
