If you see Aymeric stabbed with a knife in his belly you know he won't die. They would never spoil a character's death in a trailer. So you can be sure about him. Almost.....

After they've shown Aymeric stabbed. They should put spoiler warning before such trailers or not include these scenes at all. No everyone enjoys major plot spoilers before playing the game.

For me personally, something like this would only pique my interest more. Being stabbed is just a single part of it all, why was he stabbed, by whom, why is it always the gorgeous ones, what happens after, etc?

I get that we're all different though. Hopefully you'll still be pleasantly surprised once the story does come out.

The point is you can do good previews without spoiling anything, check any movie trailer for example.

Uhh, movie trailers are notoriously known for spoiling things too, so not sure what your point is.

Well not really, SE show us Coffin as Housing Item. Maybe he will be dead and SE know most people especially the girl like this guy and they make that Coffin just for that.

TBH, that coffin item looks a lot like the one in the end of 3.0, you know the one with that other eye in? My guess is that it'll be the craftable with the rare drop from KotR EX.

Based on a study that ranged from 2003 - 2007, only about 7.7% of their sample group had died from their stab wounds. Wiki is showing less than 10% fatality. Pretty good odds

and lets not forget we got stabbed during a cutscene TWICE and i think our player characters are alive
