i am for those to play their own style
no, i am not for them wasting other people's time.

TLDR:
dungeon content is made for each person to carry their own weight, kick them if they refuse to carry their own

Seriously I kinda want to know what they were thinking. Is it like, "This blizzard gives infinite MP so I'll just spam this than using Fire!" or "This AoE blizzard gives infinite MP so I'll just spam this than using Fire!" or "This Blizzard IV gives infinite MP and Enochian buff again so I'll just spam this than using Fire!" ?

It would be amusing if players who typed up these horribly petulant responses that contributed absolutely nothing to a thread, got paired up with a 12k HP WAR in constant Deliverance who doesn't use their cooldowns while mass pulling, an ice mage, and a Netflix healer. Have fun ^^

Oh please get over it. I've been playing for over two years and don't have the issues you all seem to have. Sorry but these rants daily on the forum aren't new and don't contribute anything.

Maybe they're just completely oblivious to the damage they could actually be putting out and think that the difference between spamming Blizzard and Fire are not that noticeable. I've seen people like this in Toto-Rak or Haukke Manor and after telling them what their rotation should be, the difference is huge. Some will still not listen and that's why I'm glad that the kick function exists. At the same time, while nice, it's not something you should always put up with. I remember making a levi ex farm party back at the release of 2.2 and had a BLM in one using Fire 3, waiting 4-5 seconds, Blizzard 3, and alternating like that. I just kicked him after the following wipe because sometimes, especially in a farm party, an utter lack of knowledge of your job is way too much of a headache to deal with.
