I'd nominate monk, bard, or mch. You can't entirely get away from combos and timers, but monk play style is a very steady 1-2-3 rhythm, and bard/mch are more about tagging abilities as they refresh. You have to move a lot as monk, though.

Black Mage, despite some people suggesting it here, is not a job I would recommend. The rotation is dead easy, but a BLM at 60 has to monitor two timers going on entirely different tempos. The moment you have to move, you have to rethink your timers, and if your 'sense' of these timers isn't good the errors compound and become stressful.

nah, DRG combo wouldnt be 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, if you aiming for better output, and if you mess up 1 of the combo, you would be mess up hard
and MNK have lots and lots of movement require

where MCH and BRD they dont simple combo 1, 2, 3, they put DOT and oGCD skill when it is ready
    so MCH and BRD wouldnt be straight like 1, 2, 3, it could be skill a, b, c, d, e, or it could be a, d, c, e, b

In HW i don't feel that there is a large difference between each DPS in term of skill ceiling ...
They all have their pro and con, people saying X is the easiest doesn't play the X class 90% of the time.

People that's say WM doesn't change playstyle should burn in hell : this change oGCD management a lot, which is the core of the BRD rotation (can only weave 1 oGCD with WM instead of 2 without).
A wise use of empyreal arrow to not lose DPS (since it has its own GCD) is important too.
The opener change drastically as well.

Every job is easy to play, but hard to play to its full potential.

Avoid ninjas .. is the easy to play, but ninjas are de useless in high end contend in this games ... dragoons and mnks are much better.

Weak melee dps, big problems with energy , mudra lag, etc ......

Every class has at least 1 timer. The melee classes have positionals on top.
Casters don't have positionals, but more timers to keep track of.
Bard has basically 1 timer (both dots tick at the same timer as soon as you refreshed them once). No positionals.
Not sure about MCH, didn't play the class.

You won't get away from timers in this game completely, but if I'd had to pick the class with the least hassle, it'd be the Bard.

Simply my sarcasm. Honestly, as I posted earlier in the thread. All jobs are a matter of comfort. If a standard rotation is easier to deal with then melee DPS, BLM, or SMN are the way to go. If triggers are easier for you to deal with then it's BRD or MCN.

My message is that the argument that one melee DPS is harder than the other is quite simply ludicrous. They are all easy. MMO's are made that way to give the higest amount of accessibilty possible so that the game can make the most income through copious amounts of players. The argument that NIN is harder than MNK is pretty irrelevant to the spirit of the thread as neither of them require what most people would call "alot" of button presses. The GCD in this game is very forgiving.

Thats the message. I'll leave my sarcasm at home next time.
