I had a healer with a LV 20-ish accessory in a Vault once. The rest of his right side wasn't much better, only consisting of maybe two LV 50+ items.

He even won an accessory that was an upgrade from his LV 20 and he didn't equip it. :/

I have just finished Stone Vigil with a healer in the Brayflox chest and... crafting gear. Luckily I was working on my stoneskin usage as ironworks paladin, but... I lost all the respect for one of the dungeons which scared me as a new player. ._.

This shouldn't be allowed. Said player has problems with English and they might not even know what they are doing wrong... Oh, come on. I am a lil bit mad, not at the player, but at the game. This shouldn't be allowed to happen.

I remember when I was tanking Dusk Vigil, each time a piece dropped for me, the freaking group would take years to roll on it, that I had to ask for it each time. Often times, they still wouldn't roll, and when the item finally dropped to me, they would pull and not let me equip the item (the healer would have already hit me with Regen or Medica II that when they pulled, I have aggro and can't change gear).

This is one of the many reasons why I stick to being a DPS, because many times, if they pull when I'm not ready, it sometimes take them longer to kill than it would if they waited for me to get and equip the item.

Honestly I don't know how are you able to run them with clear consciouness. It's even better when the healer gets blamed for your squishiness and lack of dps.

I do agree that you need to run dungeons to increase your item level. You need to run appropriate dungeons for your item level to increase it. If you are too lazy to do that then there is crafted gear. Simple. No need to be hindrance for nobody.

That's it. I believe that the supply would increase if the demand got higher. Right now the gear is not in much demand as players exploit the carry train to gear up.
You know, I am honestly glad that you didn't go berserk on me for my comment about "stfu", because I truthfully was not saying that with aggression. Thank you!
