    Cure 1 is 1.6k. Cure II is 2.4. Medica is 1.2k. Medica II is about 900.

    I'm not wearing the awesome gear yet.

    I believe you're claiming this in the perspective of burst healing a group up, but if not, Medica II is in this gear level more like 2,800 HP in total. The situations in which you can't let Medica II heal up the party before further heals are needed, like a Medica or individual heals on players other than the MT, in dungeons or raids, are mildly rare if you actually look at outgoing damage timelines.
