With the addition of materias, the crafters will have something else to do so I don't see why this is a problem, specially that we'll still need a DoH if we wan to sell our stuff.
Basically it seems you want the repairs to be extremely convienent for your own personal benefit, reguardless of how it effects the DoH in that respect. I am okay with making it ALOT more convienent, but I think it should maintain the price of 75% max repair.

You may disagree with me on the idealogy, but think the codependancy on the DOH and the DOHs dependancy on the DOL, are core concepts of the game.
