It is surprising that it is not an option. Hasn't it been mentioned in the lore that cutting off one's tails is a practice used as punishment?

I think one of the U tribe Miqotes mentioned cutting off her tail as penance for her failure as a hunter (which she of course didn't do).

LOL, possibly, but it should not be a punishment, there are plenty of bob-tail cats around, there are specific breeds of feline with no tail, Manx and Japanese Bob-tail for example.

During ARR Beta Female Miqote had a really short tail option (it was only as long as the Miqote RSE skirt) it was soooo cute. SE why did you remove that option? ; ;

1.0 also had equipment that would give armor platings and such to Miqo'te tails. They took a lot away from you all in favor of giving you men.
