This title actually is a very long term goal for me. I've broken the 1 million gil mark, somehow, without even getting serious about it. I probably will once all my crafts are actually at 60.

There are some long time achievements, I see nothing wrong with that.

There are 3 big lotto related achievements which can take up to 200 years to achieve on average.

Less that 0.1% of playerbase got them after all these months since Gold Saucer launch.
So yeah... some will be impossible to achieve in the game's lifetime. But Honest Millionaire is not one of them.

I'm glad there's some hard to get/long term titles and achievements. Not everything has to be easy and done in a day ^^

We need Content that is JUST Right, and then we need skybears mauling us for trying that content :P
