I used to DF Titan Ex back in 2.1 lol Though it was just to get some reps in with the mechanics, no dF clears for that one . Ifrit Ex back then in DF wasn't bad in my anecdotal experience, got some clears regularly in that one. DF Garuda Ex in 2.1 was...interesting to say the least lol

Tbf i was speaking from my own experience in the Chaos data centre, there are still plently of people who can't clear HM Primals without overgeared players :L although it doesn't seem as bad anymore.

But yeah, EX primals are the soley in the realm of PF over here

Nah they aren't. You can get clears in EXs in DF. I did plenty myself. Though it depends on the fight. A Titan EX in df... near no hope... ramuh ex, mog ex... kinda same. The rest though are ok in DF.

Asny we clear in DF because we can carry ;p
Also you need to find a team that appreciates help and hints and doesn't take it personal if you point out "Mr/Mrs XxX you need to dodge that attack yyy". Cleared all but MOG EX (avoiding that to DF or in general tbh) in DF. Shiva, Rammy, Levi, Iffi and Ruda very regular wherein the Rammys needs aout 6-7 wipes before though and usually 3-4 people you know that fill slots of people rqing. Kinda same for Titan sadly.

Yep exactly, if more than half the party is new or people don't listen you can forget about clearing it in any reasonable time if at all. The people getting clears in DF are probably lucky enough to get a PF/FC group that jumped into DF because they got sick of waiting when you're over geared you can carry the odd person or two. We've done this quite a few times when we couldn't fill our last slot

True. But still there are teams that can't be carried. Generally relies on having at least 3 people that know what they are doing and are willing to do it.

I haven't done Ravana EX so far but is Healer LB3 a must for this fight ??? I always believed that knowing the mechanics where enough to do a clean fight, whether you are a tank, a healer or dps...

Only if your party consists of headless chicken's that don't know the strategy at all either way if a healer LB is needed in anything chances are you won't be completing it with that party anyway unless whatever you are fighting is practically dead.

Seen it pull us out of a few wipes to be if timed just right and the dps aren't afking.
