After reviewing your ticket information, it appears this is a connection issue. Here's some things you can try:
1. A direct connection. This is done by directly connecting to a modem, if one is provided, bypassing the router entirely.
2. Setting up UPnP on the router and matching it to the FFXIV Config Tool > General > Network. Then set UPnP to "Use" or something similar, and use that UPnP port.
3. Port Forwarding. If those steps don't work, set UPnP to "Do Not Use" and set up port forwarding to your computer using the designated port listed.
