FFXIV 2nd expansion: Viera-like race still a possibility?

Let's skip adding your most wanted race because people wanted a fierce female. If you choose races based on personality and no looks you're doing something wrong. I've seen really diverse miqo'te, angry happy, all kinds. We already have 2 "fierce" female races in midlander and roegadyn. In nature viera is far from "cute" in personality, they're stoic, calm, and caring.

Missing an opportunity twice is a mistake. SE had the choice of making a reptile/dragon class fierce and they didn't choose to. They made the males fierce. Let viera's background stay true to what it is.

Elezen? Masculine? I think you're misunderstanding what Masculine means. Elezen females are far from Masculine lol. Highlanders and Roegadyn definitely are masculine though.
The problem is though that Viera really aren't fierce. How are you going to make a bunny race fierce?

viera race is freakishly fierce , if they have bunny ears that doesn't mean they are cute, funny, teehee, do u see under my skirt type of characters, they are for me more fierce than au ra females or miqote females or hyurs in the looks, those 3 races are cute for me. Viera are calm , stoic, intelligent creatures with a berserk level of fierceness as they are represented in ff12, but we are now dwelling in their inner characteristics and not the outside one, but it's the inside that counts right? i see the problem here, to a lot of people they look school girl bunny type cute but for me i don't see that in them at all like at all at all, i see strength as anyone can if they played ff12

I want more interesting races, Viera in this setting would not add to that.

So far we have generic human, tall human, little human, bara human, human cat cosplayers and fish humans, so far the latter is the most interesting visually. Give us some races that aren't slightly altered Hyur's.

Personally, I doubt I will change, I have grown attached to my character, but more race variety would be appreciated.

Like what? There are highlanders and roegadyn for masculinity. I like this game for that it's characters don't have those extremely pronounced sexual dimorphisms reinforced by platekinis and heels. And as for our furry friends, I play cat myself, but those wolf concepts it's just too much.
