FFXIV 2nd expansion: Viera-like race still a possibility?

I see people arguing about wanting a race that looks fierce, but where's my option to play as a cute male character that isn't both a dwarf and shaped like a potato?

just not the wolf race please, i hate werewolves with a passion, sick of them, Viera is much more ff type of character, well except Khimari but i never did play him, but i was always Fran as the main in 12

i know, i m bias toward how a man look
and i dont like Male Miqo'te too (sorry, i m keeper of the moon)

I would like a race that is somewhere between the size of lalafell and hyur. I play a Lalafell but would like to be a little taller so the armour looks better on me. We have enough tall races in the game, we need another short one.

I thought the same when female AuRa came about "We already have female Miquote for that." They are really just "shy" miquote with horns. And male miquotes are more "cool" then cute.

Soldowner is right a bit. There's not really a male race that isn't in the tall/cool/buff category except lalafell (and well...they are potato). Meanwhile almost every female race is cute; thus users have many choices for being the same thing: cute. Changing it up would be nice to see, especially since Yoshi P was going on about filling racial archetypes we don't have.

I'd rather they work on actual content instead of waste time modeling a whole new set of faces/hair, recording new sounds, and all the animations.
