And still today i don't get how if in a dungeon 2 people party up they can just vote out who ever they want.

Too much people are going to df and expect to be fast, and expect everybody to be already well geared... when it's not that, we can expect insult and vote kick.
DF is for everybody not only elitist jerks, if you wanna be sure to get fast, run with friends ... if you don't have the times to get with new players don't go in DF, or even don't play to the game... if you are short in time, you should not play if your time is precious, don't blame others
Anyway idk why i say that, i am pretty sure players like that is not reading the forum.

Hey man, that's legit, you wouldn't be in the party if those people didn't que together. If those 2 people don't like the way its going they can kick whoever they want. Likewise the 3rd player if they didn't agree is totally able to leave. lol
I party with my wife all the time, I think out of the hundreds of runs we have done, we have only had to kick someone twice, first guy had a real attitude (Third guy agreed), second guy was afk. Playstyle/attitude conflict is real. I don't want to get stuck with an A-hole because kick requires everyone but one member to click, that would suck. Luckily as I said this doesn't happen often.
Personally I have never been kicked from a dungeon and it always surprises me that so many people run into that.
Rude to do it on the last boss though, since they have clearly delt with the player the whole run and the 2 man are just being a dicks at that point.
With that said, if you are stuck with a group that you don't like what they are doing and they kick you, thats a freaking blessing, otherwise you have to eat the 30 (Which personally I don't mind, I'll go eat something quick and do some fates.)

I am of the opinion that per-form parties should not be able to vote kick anyone. The ability to bring the people you want should be control enough of the group. Leave vote kicks for the people who have no control of who they get grouped with.
That makes no sense, if a premade came in and they dont' like the randoms why do they need to be stuck with them? That's just dumb. If you ARE the random you can leave it's not a big deal, or ask to be kicked (oh wait, you couldn't because you don't want them to be able to) And like I said previously it is a blessing if you get kicked since you don't have to eat the timer. In the situation described in the OP though, I agree that it was a dick move.
I don't understand the logic of you wanting people to be stuck with people they are not enjoying playing with. Why should they be obligated to run through with someone they are not getting along with or don't like their playstyle?
2/3 is a majority rule on the fate of a fourth person simple as that, it doesn't matter if they are bias, friends, brothers, long lost cousins or complete strangers.

In world of warcraft, it's 3/5, and if there's a premade group in there, the vote has to be unanimous.
So if you queued with someone else, and that third person didn't agree with you, it'd fail.
Why is it like that? For the exact reason in the OP.

This would be so much better of a system than allowing two players to gang up on a tank and harass him through a dungeon before abusing vote kick on the last boss just because his gear isn't up to their standards. Personally, I hope the tank reported those two for harassment if they were giving him that much trouble. Majority rules just isn't very fair in 4-person content.

I've mained as a WAR for over a year now, so i have gotten more than used to my tank class. However i keep hearing my friends come to me completely upset and frustrated because the second they touch the duty finder people haul down on them,.. Downright bullying them. There's been several times where i have joined as a dps where i see people downright harass the tank.. We had a DRG in full Eso gear pulling and belittling the tank since "he did a better job tanking anyway" in Cutters cry to a Paladin who didn't have shield oath yet and was stressing all over the place trying to please everyone.
Sometimes its hard goddamn work to be a Tank and a Healer, people should be nice to each other and have some patience. If you want a speed run or w.e ask your friends or FC. Some of us want to keep this player base friendly and helpful for new players.

You're saying if I queue with two friends and the one random misbehaves we should be stuck with them? Let me give you an example: I ran AKHM with two of my friends awhile back and we got a healer that was too drunk to even keep me standing through one-pack trash pulls. Someone like that isn't exactly going to leave of their own accord, either. Saying that we should have to put up with that level of asshattery through an entire dungeon simply because we queued together is nothing short of ridiculous.
