(Party members zone into another room have to beat up target dummy enemy essentially, if they fail they die and more enemies spawn where the rest of the party is). Party can still succeed even with durr DPS failure but the DPS failure will KNOW they failed and hopefully will consider improving. You know why this doesn't work? End of the fight, the bad dps still clears the fight. Who handles the crap that the DPS screwed up? That's right, the rest of the party who didn't do badly.

So who's being punished here? The rest of the party who played well? Why?
