Ex: Being about 50 points over the accuracy cap on blm during ARR is a loss of 10-12.5 intellect depending on the stats you can switch out for the accuracy. Spell speed was around 0.25 int. If you could have 50 SS over 50 excess accuracy, thats 2.5 int for every 10 accuracy you could dump. That would leave you with about a 12.5 int gain if you could replace all that acc with SS.

Considering that main stats are some of the biggest dps gains, I would hardly call 10+ int small stuff.
