It's not necessarily for OGCD, but more skills that can be combined into one button without affecting each other. So in my example we have Tornado Kick + Form Shift.

If I'm using Form Shift, It's because I dont have a target to attack, therefore, pairing Tornado Kick to that button is irrelevant because TK wont activate and If I'm activating TK its because im about to lose my target and therefore Form Shift doesnt matter.

There's a similar mechanism with WHM. Practically any WHM Attack skill can be paired with Stoneskin II because it turns off in battle.

I suppose, in theory, you could macro Doom spike and Ring of Thorns together since one works with a target and other doesn't. So something like

    /ac "Doom Spike" <t>
    /ac "Ring of Thorns"

Not sure if it would skip the first line though if its being mashed.

That works perfectly, just tested it. doesnt even need <t>. if the're no target, only Ring of Thorns activates. If theres a target, only Doom Spike activates. it goes on the list =P
