I solo'd this as an i97 BLM in less than 4 minutes. The new changes really made things a lot easier.

I soloed this fate with my chocobo (switching heal from healer stance to free stance) with my ilv94 Bard and had no problems.
Was this fate harder before?

Not harder but it took longer because of the bosses HP. Last patch helped with that it seems.

ilvl 129 Drg + DPS Chocobo + and odd potion here and there = 4 Rekt Bosses.

Seriously, I was able to easily solo this fate back in 2.4. It wasn't that hard.

Though to be fair, it could have reset to minimum difficulty by the time I needed it too. It'd timed out more than a few times while I was waiting for the fate infront of stone vigil for the previous book.

That's because this FATEs was nerf at patch 2.28 (05 June 2014)^^;
Before the nerf, each boss of the four winds had too much HP so it became impossible to solo killing all of them in 15min.
