They do appear speaking English, it's just all random... For instance, on my World I think the “settlement” of a French linkshell is near Pimelle, so in my opinion they should make these Game Master-controlled characters appear near those adventurers and have them speaking French... but also give other languages (and Time Zones) a chance and some hint.

Anyway...

Let's see...

Urianger Augurelt

When I met Urianger he was speaking German, so I translated his two lines (when I arrived he was already there) on my Journal:

But doing a research I also found this post, that seems to have his official English dialogues.

Nael van Darnus

I had a chance to question him and these are all the dialogues and answers I got from him and his two Tribuni: Journal entry.

Kipih, Petyr and Dural

Like I mentioned above, Dural appeared in my World a few days ago. Here's the short script of an adventurer who met him: Journal entry.

There're other posts on this forum about these 3 characters, and mostly are translated transcript, but I think those are accurate enough. Here's a couple:

However, as much as I like to read the dialogues, the Great feature of this event is that they actually ask you questions and answer yours. Darnus & Co. had pre-set answers, so the fun part would be to actually speak and properly interact with them, a big step forward next to the previous event (that I really enjoyed nonetheless).
That's why I crave so much to meet them and would like them to sense if there're good-spirited (interested) adventurers nearby...

Oh well, I hope my request above and my psych ups will be heard. And now, back to my Limsa Lominsa and later to the stairs in Ul'dah...
