    Best use of Dissapation, before a fight like Alex Savage:

    1) Start raid with Eos out.
    2) Get to the boss
    3) Rouse+Whispering Dawn+Fey Illumination
    4) Have WAR immediately use Convalescence (make sure they're in defiance)
    5) Adloquium the WAR
    6) Deployment Tactics the WAR
    7) Start the fight with a huge potency Regen for 20-25s and a 9-12k Galvanize on the raid.
    8) Swiftcast your Fairy out in 30s.

    +80% Potency to that Adloquium with Defiance+Covalescence+Fey Illumination+Dissipation.

    So you waste a shet ton of emergency cds and Overheal with Eos' buffs for the limited 30 seconds MAX of shielding.... .__.
