I blame them on not using DirectX 11
And choosing DirectX9 on their un-optimized engine lol.
I'm sorry, but when you're using software that started in 2002 and ended in 2004 (DX9)
on an engine that was (more or less) completed in 2007-2009...
there's going to be some problems.
