Personal Loot

I say no to personal loot, particularly the way you describe it. With the current loot system we can collect gear for our secondary classes while we're running dungeons to level, or if gear drops that you already have, but someone else wants it for a class they have leveled to that point but is undergeared. For example, I've been doing a lot of runs of the expert roulette with my MCH for ESO. The MCH gear drops from the expert dungeons are completely useless to me, and if I was only given gear that fits my current class, I would either be passing on everything or having to go through the trouble of selling it for GC Seals or minute amounts of gil. As is though, I have been able to go ahead and get most of the gear from these dungeons for my SCH and DRK when I hit 60 with them, thus cutting out hours of grinding to fill in the slots that I don't have LAW gear for. I've also kept a stockpile of quite a bit of gear for other such classes I plan to level, by collecting the gear that other players don't need for their current class, so that my future classes will be better equipped. Meanwhile, those other players can be doing the same, collecting the gear that I consider useless to me, but that they might have a use for in the future. By introducing a personal loot system as you describe, then after a few runs of a dungeon, running it becomes even more tedious because you know you can get nothing of value from it besides the roulette reward or exp if you're below 60. And if you implement personal loot, but with the same drop chances as the chests currently have for any role's gear, then you'll simply be left with a lot of situations where players will get something useless to them, but that other players in the party could have made good use of......
