    What's with the 3x3 grid of abilities by the hotbar? How do you get that?

    They're regular hotbars, they just have the option to make empty slots invisible.

    Hi,

    They are called vertical hotbar. Since im in ps4 sometimes i need to know when a cd is up and since I cant put all of them in my main hotbar and put them there to know when they are gonna be available and get to that particular hotbar and use them.
