    Since 4.0 level cap will be 70 and we will be at lvl 70 for a while the last ability we get will have to be over the top and awesome. The next spell lines we get will all have to be epic since thats the last time there adding any new mechanics for a while. The only way to make it feel like we are summoning something is if we were summoning Hydaelyn and The Twelve which are the only deities they'll let us summon because of Lore.
