Less complaint more suggestions, more active feedback.

You can also see this on the XI forums too in a way. More suggestions, actual discussions. If something is suggested that people don't like, they give calm and reasonable reasons as to why and how it wouldn't work.

...Unlike the XIV forums, where if you remotely mention XI or any sort of suggestion to improve XIV, people whip out pitchforks and torches, tell people to "gtfo and quit" lol Give a suggestion that'd work and is reasonable? People tell you to quit and throw hissy fits. Suggest things that would improve the game and make it last longer, while giving proof of the downfall of other mmos that followed the same formula XIV is using and the lack of content/replacing content too fast? Get called a "doomsayer whiner" and told to quit lol

I'm sure others have noticed it as well, if the topic isn't about changing darkside's graphic, plushies or spending real money in the mogstation, people will bash anything anyone says, even if it's a good idea and starts off in a calm discussion. Sure shows that the XIV community cares more for plushies and spending money on things that should/used to be in game for free, rather than the overall quality of XIV itself lol

Can't disagree with this. Back in 1.0, if there an inventory problem like there is today, they would have just doubled everyone's inventory for free until they got it sorted out. (they actually did)

Today, they ignore it, offer vague promises of a coming fix and then point to the cash shop where you can buy extra retainers.

So its not just the forums that have gone downhill... but then again I guess they are just reacting to what 'people' want. AND PEOPLE WANT MORE PLUSHIES!
