Oh, I know. That only happens when I goof up by not throwing Hotshot back on after it falls off/I allow it to fall off to begin with. Or if I simply don't pay attention to its time remaining before beginning my rotation.

@Amiaze - usually our biggest hard hitting attack would be our wildfire burst, so to use our cooldowns on normal attack without WF is a lost of 25% of extra damage you could have done in WF
Makes sense. I try to only use only use Hawk eye rather than both of them so that I can still have Raging Strikes available once Wildfire is done. For instance, I always use this combo when attacking Bismark, but I'll Raging Strikes available to use on the adds so that they don't overpower us while my other cooldowns are recharging. Is it generally better to just let your DPS fall off without any buffs during add phases? Should we be playing more of a DPS Burst/Lower DPS rotation, or a Consistent DPS*/Minor Burst rotation?

*Assuming Quick Reload would be used very often now that its cooldown is faster.

RS should pretty much always be put into WF with HE and B4B; however, I'm not 100% sure about Bismarck, since I don't really know the CD alignment in there because I've only done it twice as MCH. It should be noted that all of those buffs don't really make that much of a difference on their own; HE works best combo'd with other damage modifiers.

If you're still stuck on Bismarck, I'd say it depends on the group and the debuff from his back. If your group can't DPS the adds fast enough to have them all the way down for the first time on the back, you can blow WF+buffs on the big add, then do whatever on the back, then just hold onto WF for back (since the debuff carries over a few seconds after Bismarck can be mounted again, therefore everyone can stay on the adds just a little bit longer). However, I'm not even sure if WF goes off before Bismarck leaves if you have to wait for those extra few seconds for the debuff to fall off.

For DPS you 99.99% of the time use every CD straight away since it all multiplies with each other, a situation where the sum is greater than the parts. It's not like tanking or healing where you want to stagger CDs for situations, usually it's just use everything as it comes up, and that involves using every CD at the start. Some fights will have throttle some of your CDs due to a quick phase change, like Titan HM back in the day, but usually saving CDs for a purpose better involve AoE or multi-DoTing otherwise.
