Remove TP bar off party list - Want this option

Greetings,

Thanks for the feedback regarding newly-implemented party TP bars, everyone! I wanted to let you know that we've been collecting the various feedback and passing it on to the team. If you have any other specific suggestions or comments, please let us know!

Specific Suggestion:

I would like the TP bar to be smaller and just a color indicator. Red for 0-30%, yellow for 31-60%, and green for 61-100%. Colors make it a lot more obvious at a quick glance to see where your party is on TP as a whole and highlights problems.

Most of the jobs that use TP can also restore TP. Unless they are lower than 60% TP, they will probably just pop right back up with their moves. You don't really need to Goad anyone until they hit at least 60% as well. When people hit red and you know their isn't a boss jump anytime soon, then you start thinking about sacrificing DPS for TP for your party as a BRD or MCH.

I am colourblind. I cannot distinguish between red and green.
