Just had to answer this (it got 3 upvotes, too).
Nobody has to be 'shitty' to another player. That is a choice you make. Abusing another player does not make them play better nor does it does it help them learn. It does make our community less pleasant and spoil the experience of other players.

Well...nobody has to play bad either, unless someone has certain disabilities that don't let them play as well. It's a choice to learn or not learn your job and most people choose not to learn. Naturally this is incredibly frustrating and some people lose their heads quicker than others. It's a vicious circle.
